Support Black Creators are unfortunately not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details, please view our "Order & Return Policy" page

Once your order is completed, a tracking number will be sent to the exact email address used to place the order. If not visible in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders! As a small reminder, orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive to the desired destination as stated in the confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from Support Black Creators within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you see no movement, no worries, it may not have been shipped yet. As soon as it does we will be sure to send you tracking! As a reminder, all orders may take 1-2 weeks to reach the desired destination as stated in our confirmation emails

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

        The item(s) sold out

        There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s)

        We were unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order   

        -        if the billing address stated on the order doesn't match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address

Note: If your order was canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order's cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had in stock! We receive shipments regularly and will begin fulfilling the rest of your order soon. We'll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
